Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Poslici platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including clients seeking services and workers offering services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Platform Services
Poslici is a marketplace platform that connects clients with local service providers. We facilitate the discovery of and communication between clients and workers through search, map-based browsing, job requests, and in-app messaging, but we are not a party to any agreement between them. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any worker listed on the platform. Workers are independent service providers, and clients engage them at their own discretion. Poslici is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account using a valid email address. Authentication is handled via email magic links β no password is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activities that occur under your Poslici account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account or worker profile. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or use a false identity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Conduct
You agree to use Poslici only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to post false or misleading information, harass or threaten other users, send spam or unsolicited messages, manipulate ratings or reviews, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and may be submitted anonymously. Workers must accurately represent their qualifications, services, availability, and service area. Users may report violations using the built-in reporting system. Any violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Worker Profile Review
All worker profiles are reviewed by our team before they become publicly visible. We may approve, reject, or request changes to a profile. Workers whose profiles are pending review, rejected, or suspended will see a status notification on their dashboard. Approved workers who violate our standards may have their profiles suspended or their verification status revoked. Job requests that do not receive a response within 7 days are automatically expired to protect clients from unresponsive workers.
Reporting and Safety
Poslici provides a built-in reporting system that allows users to flag issues such as spam, inappropriate behavior, no-shows, fraud, or other problems. All reports are reviewed by our team. Filing false or malicious reports may result in account suspension. We take all legitimate reports seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include warnings, profile suspension, or account termination.
Payments and Fees
Poslici is currently free to use for both clients and workers. We do not charge commissions, listing fees, or transaction fees at this time. Payment for services is arranged directly between clients and workers outside of the platform. Poslici is not responsible for any payment disputes between clients and workers. We reserve the right to introduce fees or premium features in the future, with advance notice to all users.
Limitation of Liability
Poslici is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poslici shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages from services provided by workers, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the platform. Worker profiles may be suspended, rejected, or have changes requested through our review process. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes and enforcing our terms.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your use of Poslici shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Poslici after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform.
