Why We Built This

It started with a simple problem — we needed someone to clean our apartment and someone to mow the yard, and we had no idea where to find them. Everyone we asked was a friend-of-a-friend recommendation, and they were always booked. When we did find someone, the price would sometimes shock us, or there'd be strange requests — "I'm traveling from another city, pay for my bus ticket." We realized that knowing who works near you, what they charge, and whether they're any good was nearly impossible. The only option was scrolling through Facebook and Viber groups — hundreds of posts, no filters, no reviews, no accountability. Just noise. And then there's trust. When you're letting someone into your home — to clean, to fix something, to watch your child — you need to know they're reliable. You can't just roll the dice on a random contact from a group chat. That's why we built Poslici. A place where workers can showcase their skills and build a real reputation, and where clients can search, filter, compare, and hire with confidence. No chaos, no guessing, no wasted energy. We also realized there are so many people out there with skills and free time who'd love to earn extra money — students, stay-at-home parents, people between jobs — but they have no way to put themselves out there. Poslici gives them that place.
